From RIMAC Arena to LionTree Arena

UC San Diego's arena opened in January 1995 as RIMAC Arena and adopted the LionTree name in 2022. A major 2018 renovation brought retractable seating, glass railings, a VIP skybox and a 50-foot-wide video display. Nearly 4,000 fans fit for Triton basketball and volleyball, and the Hopkins Parking Structure sits directly south of the venue.
